About the author
Ven. Aluvihāre Saranankara Thero is a senior Buddhist monk residing at Aluvihāra historic temple leading the monastic life for more than twenty years. He is the English teacher of the Aluvihāra High School for twelve years. He is the secretary to the Aluvihāra Tipiţaka Re-writing Committee and the principal of the Aluvihāra Sunday School. He has widely read and traveled in Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, India etc., for Buddhist missionary works.
